White tea

General information

White tea is the least processed type of tea and is best enjoyed when drunk at least a year after picking.

  • After picking they are carefully withered, which softens the leaves and allows moisture to evaporate.
  • Finally, the leaves are dried in a controlled manner.

Preparation

White tea is made with water at a temperature between 75°C and 85°C. Depending on the tea and personal preference, steep it for between 2 and 5 minutes.
