Complaints procedure DrinkBlad

At Drinkblad we strive for the highest quality in both our tea and our service. If you nevertheless have a complaint about a product or our service, we would like to hear about it. We will do our utmost to find a suitable solution together with you.

 

How do you file a complaint?

Please report your complaint via email to info@drinkblad.com. Please include the following information in your complaint so we can help you as quickly as possible:

Your name and contact details

The order number

A clear description of the complaint

If necessary, photos for support

What can you expect?

Confirmation of receipt: You will receive confirmation that we have received your complaint within two working days.

Evaluation and solution: We take your complaint seriously and aim to respond within 4 working days. If necessary, we will contact you to request additional information. We will do our best to find a suitable solution together, such as replacement, refund or another solution in consultation.

Not satisfied with the solution?

If you do not agree with our handling of your complaint, you can submit your complaint to the independent disputes committee Stichting WebwinkelKeur .
