Yellow tea
General information
Yellow tea is a micro-fermented tea with a flavor profile similar to green tea, but rounder, softer, warmer, and slightly sweeter. Due to the precise and complex production process, yellow tea is a precious and very rare delicacy.

Preparation
Yellow tea is made with water at a temperature between 75°C and 85°C. Depending on the tea and personal preference, steep it for between 2 and 5 minutes.

Flavour profile: Soft, mildly sweet, creamy and subtly floral.

- Main course: Elegant, soft dishes with a light creaminess.
