A very rare yellow tea from the misty mountains of Anhui province.
Huoshan Huang Da Cha is made using a unique process that sets it apart from green and oolong teas. After being carefully hand-picked, the leaves are wok-fried and wrapped in cloth to slowly oxidize, giving the tea its characteristic golden hue and mellow sweetness. This is followed by a charcoal roast to dry the leaves and give them a warm, toasted aroma.
Bridging the gap between green and oolong teas, this tea offers both depth and smoothness in every sip.
