A very rare yellow tea from the misty mountains of Anhui province.
Huoshan Huang Da Cha is made using a unique process that distinguishes it from green and oolong teas. After being carefully hand-picked, the leaves are wok-fired and wrapped in cloth to slowly oxidize, giving the tea its characteristic golden hue and mellow sweetness. This is followed by charcoal roasting to dry the leaves and impart a warm, toasted aroma.
This tea bridges the gap between green and oolong teas, offering both depth and smoothness in every sip.
